What's the maximum vehicle size you accept?
Our bays handle most standard cars, 4WDs, utes, and trailers up to typical caravan/motorhome length (under 8m comfortably). For oversize work trucks or long trailers, call 0452 043 647 first so we can confirm a bay that fits.
Is there 24/7 access for vehicle pickup?
Yes. Every Storage Land tenant gets a unique keypad code and 24/7, 365-day access. Pick up the caravan at 4am on a holiday, return the boat at 11pm after a long day on the water - no waiting for reception hours.
Is the vehicle bay secure?
Fully fenced perimeter, keypad gate with individual access codes per tenant, CCTV across the yard. Keypad codes log every entry so we know who's on site. We don't have floodlights as a separate feature, but the access controls and CCTV give us a clear audit trail.
Can I store an unregistered vehicle?
Yes - many tenants store project cars, classics, or unregistered work vehicles. We don't require rego because you're not driving on a public road from our yard. Just confirm it's a legitimate vehicle (not a write-off or stolen) when you sign up.
What does $250/mo include?
