What types of vehicles can you store?
Cars (daily drivers, classics, project cars), 4WDs, utes, work trucks, trailers (work trailers, boat trailers, camper trailers, motorbike trailers), caravans, motorhomes, jet skis on trailers, and most other roadworthy or trailered vehicles up to 6m. We're outdoor only - no enclosed garaging.
What's the maximum vehicle size you accept?
A standard bay is 6m long, which takes most cars, 4WDs, utes, vans, box and camper trailers, tinnies and small to mid-size caravans. If your vehicle or van is longer than 6m, call or text Jason on 0452 043 647 with the length before you book.
Is there 24/7 access for vehicle pickup?
Yes. Every Storage Land tenant gets a unique keypad code and 24/7, 365-day access. Pick up the caravan at 4am on a holiday, return the boat at 11pm after a long day on the water - no waiting for reception hours.
Is the vehicle bay secure?
Fully fenced perimeter, keypad gate with individual access codes per tenant, CCTV across the yard. Keypad codes log every entry so we know who's on site. We don't have floodlights as a separate feature, but the access controls and CCTV give us a clear audit trail.
Can I store an unregistered vehicle?
Yes - many tenants store project cars, classics, or unregistered work vehicles. We don't require rego because you're not driving on a public road from our yard. Just confirm it's a legitimate vehicle (not a write-off or stolen) when you sign up.
What does $250/mo include?
One dedicated bay on our sealed bitumen yard, 24/7 keypad gate access, full perimeter fencing, CCTV monitoring, and your individual access code. No bond, no admin fee, no insurance markup. Month-to-month, 30 days notice to vacate.
Is this cheaper than indoor self-storage for vehicles?

Do you serve north Brisbane suburbs?
We're a single-site facility on the southside. If you're north of the river (Chermside, Aspley, Bracken Ridge etc.) we probably aren't your closest option. For Brisbane CBD, West End, Woolloongabba, and inner south we're 15 minutes or less - still worth a look for the price.
